# Trex vs Trix

The clearest difference is price: Trix at Free against Trex's $2.99. Trix also leads on rating (4.2 vs 3.2). Trex's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 10) and ads (none vs shown). On device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Trix is free to download; Trex costs $2.99 up front. Trix sells 10 one-off in-app purchases. Trex asks for nothing beyond the download.

Trix holds the better App Store score, 4.2 against 3.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Trex has 123 ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two.
