# Mind Mapping vs LISZ

The clearest difference is rating: LISZ at 5.0 against Mind Mapping's 4.4. LISZ also leads on update cadence (weekly vs every 4 weeks). Mind Mapping's advantage is ratings volume (1.3K vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Mind Mapping sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $7.49 per month and LISZ sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

LISZ holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Mind Mapping has 1.3K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Mind Mapping ships an update every 4 weeks, LISZ weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 27, 2026 and October 20, 2026 respectively.
