# Bathing Water vs Yr

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Bathing Water at 100% against Yr's 61%. Bathing Water also leads on iOS requirement (14.0 vs 16.4). Yr's advantage is ratings volume (203 vs 1) and update cadence (every 10 days vs every 2 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Yr holds the better App Store score, 4.3 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Yr has 203 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of Bathing Water's written reviews are positive against 61% of Yr's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Bathing Water ships an update every 2 months, Yr every 10 days. Both last shipped on November 1, 2026.
