# Signeasy vs Simple Notary

Signeasy and Simple Notary both sit at 4.9 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of Simple Notary's written reviews are positive against 65% of Signeasy's. Signeasy's advantage is ratings volume (34K vs 1) and chart position (#177 vs unranked). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Signeasy sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per month and Simple Notary sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for Signeasy against 5.0 for Simple Notary. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Signeasy has 34K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 65% of Signeasy's written reviews are positive against 100% of Simple Notary's.

Signeasy ships an update every 2 weeks, Simple Notary every 9 days. The most recent releases landed on November 4, 2026 and November 3, 2026 respectively.
