# Signeasy vs PDF Expert

Signeasy and PDF Expert both sit at 4.9 stars, but that hides the real split: 65% of Signeasy's written reviews are positive against 45% of PDF Expert's. PDF Expert's advantage is ratings volume (216K vs 34K). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Signeasy sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per month and PDF Expert sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Signeasy holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: PDF Expert has 216K ratings behind it against 34K, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 65% of Signeasy's written reviews are positive against 45% of PDF Expert's.

Signeasy ships an update every 3 weeks, PDF Expert fortnightly. Both last shipped on October 30, 2026.
