# 百度 vs 日刻

The clearest difference is rating: 日刻 at 5.0 against 百度's 4.5. 日刻 also leads on ads (none vs shown) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.0). 百度's advantage is ratings volume (31K vs 2) and update cadence (weekly vs every 6 weeks). On price, review sentiment, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. 百度 sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and 日刻 sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

日刻 holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: 百度 has 31K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 43% of 百度's written reviews are positive against 50% of 日刻's.

百度 ships an update weekly, 日刻 every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 7, 2026 and November 3, 2026 respectively.
