# 百度 vs MDate

The clearest difference is rating: MDate at 5.0 against 百度's 4.5. MDate also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 12) and ads (none vs shown). 百度's advantage is ratings volume (31K vs 2) and device support (4 vs 2). On price, update cadence and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. 百度 sells 12 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. MDate asks for nothing beyond the download.

MDate holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: 百度 has 31K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 13, 2026 and October 6, 2026 respectively.
