# 百度 vs 轻断食now

The clearest difference is rating: 轻断食now at 5.0 against 百度's 4.5. 百度's advantage is update cadence (weekly vs every 6 months) and ratings volume (31K vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. 百度 sells 12 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and 轻断食now sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

轻断食now holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: 百度 has 31K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

百度 ships an update weekly, 轻断食now every 6 months. The most recent releases landed on October 31, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
