# iGrazia vs AstroBastardo

The clearest difference is monetization model: AstroBastardo at freemium against iGrazia's subscription. AstroBastardo also leads on update cadence (every 2 days vs every 6 months). iGrazia's advantage is ratings volume (11 vs 1) and device support (3 vs 1). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. iGrazia sells 47 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and AstroBastardo sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $8.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for iGrazia against 5.0 for AstroBastardo. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: iGrazia has 11 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

iGrazia ships an update every 6 months, AstroBastardo every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
