# Files HD vs eFiles

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Files HD at 66% against eFiles's 25%. Files HD also leads on ads (none vs shown) and rating (4.7 vs 4.3). eFiles's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.6 vs 26.0). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Files HD sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month and eFiles sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Files HD holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Files HD has 417 ratings behind it against 58, so its average is the more settled of the two.
