# mobile vs SPAR

The clearest difference is ratings volume: mobile at 11K against SPAR's 457. SPAR's advantage is review sentiment (71% vs 61%). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.7 for mobile against 4.7 for SPAR. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: mobile has 11K ratings behind it against 457, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 61% of mobile's written reviews are positive against 71% of SPAR's.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly monthly. The most recent releases landed on November 7, 2026 and November 3, 2026 respectively.
