# Remote Mouse vs TuioPad

The clearest difference is rating: Remote Mouse at 4.6 against TuioPad's 3.0. Remote Mouse also leads on update cadence (monthly vs every 75 months) and ratings volume (19K vs 10). TuioPad's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 6) and ads (none vs shown). On price, review sentiment and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Remote Mouse sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $1.49 per month. TuioPad asks for nothing beyond the download.

Remote Mouse holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Remote Mouse has 19K ratings behind it against 10, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 68% of Remote Mouse's written reviews are positive against 75% of TuioPad's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Remote Mouse ships an update monthly, TuioPad every 75 months. The most recent releases landed on October 18, 2026 and October 6, 2026 respectively.
