# Remote Mouse vs WiFi Mouse Pro

The clearest difference is price: Remote Mouse at Free against WiFi Mouse Pro's $1.99. Remote Mouse also leads on rating (4.6 vs 4.2) and ratings volume (19K vs 96). WiFi Mouse Pro's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 6) and ads (none vs shown). On update cadence there is nothing between them.

Remote Mouse is free to download; WiFi Mouse Pro costs $1.99 up front. Remote Mouse sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $1.49 per month. WiFi Mouse Pro asks for nothing beyond the download.

Remote Mouse holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Remote Mouse has 19K ratings behind it against 96, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 68% of Remote Mouse's written reviews are positive against 78% of WiFi Mouse Pro's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
