# Express vs GUESS

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Express at 71% against GUESS's 14%. Express also leads on rating (4.5 vs 2.9) and ratings volume (23K vs 244). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Express holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 2.9. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Express has 23K ratings behind it against 244, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 71% of Express's written reviews are positive against 14% of GUESS's.

Express ships an update every 11 days, GUESS every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and October 13, 2026 respectively.
