# PGR Calculator vs Treesly

The clearest difference is rating: Treesly at 4.8 against PGR Calculator's 3.3. Treesly also leads on update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 4 months) and ratings volume (17 vs 4). PGR Calculator's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and review sentiment (100% vs 80%). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Treesly holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 3.3. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 4 and 17 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of PGR Calculator's written reviews are positive against 80% of Treesly's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

PGR Calculator ships an update every 4 months, Treesly every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 9, 2026 and October 2, 2026 respectively.
