# Texts From Jesus vs Godly Mindset

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Godly Mindset at none against Texts From Jesus's 7. Godly Mindset also leads on ads (none vs shown) and review sentiment (100% vs 89%). Texts From Jesus's advantage is ratings volume (6.2K vs 29). On price, rating, update cadence and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Texts From Jesus sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per 7 days. Godly Mindset asks for nothing beyond the download.

Texts From Jesus holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Texts From Jesus has 6.2K ratings behind it against 29, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 89% of Texts From Jesus's written reviews are positive against 100% of Godly Mindset's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Texts From Jesus ships an update every 6 days, Godly Mindset every 9 days. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
