# MetroGistics vs LDS

The clearest difference is review sentiment: MetroGistics at 67% against LDS's 0%. MetroGistics also leads on iOS requirement (10.2 vs 15.6). LDS's advantage is rating (3.5 vs 1.0) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 3 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

LDS holds the better App Store score, 3.5 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: LDS has 12 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 67% of MetroGistics's written reviews are positive against 0% of LDS's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

MetroGistics ships an update every 3 months, LDS every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 6, 2026 and October 20, 2026 respectively.
