# MetroGistics vs EV Controls dash

The clearest difference is rating: EV Controls dash at 4.0 against MetroGistics's 1.0. MetroGistics's advantage is review sentiment (67% vs 50%) and iOS requirement (10.2 vs 14.0). On price, ratings volume, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

EV Controls dash holds the better App Store score, 4.0 against 1.0. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 1 and 1 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 67% of MetroGistics's written reviews are positive against 50% of EV Controls dash's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on October 6, 2026 and September 18, 2026 respectively.
