# AwardWallet vs Points Path

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Points Path at none against AwardWallet's 7. Points Path also leads on ads (none vs shown) and rating (5.0 vs 4.7). AwardWallet's advantage is ratings volume (2.9K vs 3) and review sentiment (72% vs 56%). On price, update cadence and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. AwardWallet sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $49.99 per year. Points Path asks for nothing beyond the download.

Points Path holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: AwardWallet has 2.9K ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 72% of AwardWallet's written reviews are positive against 56% of Points Path's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

AwardWallet ships an update every 6 days, Points Path weekly. The most recent releases landed on November 6, 2026 and November 5, 2026 respectively.
