# Fly Delta vs Allegiant

The clearest difference is rating: Fly Delta at 4.8 against Allegiant's 2.8. Fly Delta also leads on review sentiment (39% vs 7%) and ratings volume (7M vs 8K). Allegiant's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Fly Delta holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 2.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Fly Delta has 7M ratings behind it against 8K, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 39% of Fly Delta's written reviews are positive against 7% of Allegiant's.

Fly Delta ships an update fortnightly, Allegiant every 2 weeks. Both last shipped on October 28, 2026.
