# CamScanner vs eSign PDF Sign Documents

The clearest difference is rating: CamScanner at 4.8 against eSign PDF Sign Documents's 4.2. CamScanner also leads on ratings volume (2M vs 48) and chart position (#7 vs unranked). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. CamScanner sells 13 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and eSign PDF Sign Documents sells 14 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
