# Motel One vs Eurowings

Motel One and Eurowings both sit at 4.8 stars, but that hides the real split: 71% of Motel One's written reviews are positive against 42% of Eurowings's. Motel One also leads on iOS requirement (16.0 vs 18.0). Eurowings's advantage is ratings volume (4.8K vs 702). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.8 for Motel One against 4.8 for Eurowings. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Eurowings has 4.8K ratings behind it against 702, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 71% of Motel One's written reviews are positive against 42% of Eurowings's.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly monthly. Both last shipped on November 6, 2026.
