# BirthdaysPro vs birthpay

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: birthpay at none against BirthdaysPro's 3. birthpay also leads on ads (none vs shown) and review sentiment (100% vs 76%). BirthdaysPro's advantage is ratings volume (1.1K vs 12). On price, rating, update cadence and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. BirthdaysPro sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per 6 months. birthpay asks for nothing beyond the download.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.8 for BirthdaysPro against 4.7 for birthpay.
