# BraceletBook vs Crochet Patterns－Row Counter

The clearest difference is rating: Crochet Patterns－Row Counter at 4.7 against BraceletBook's 4.1. Crochet Patterns－Row Counter also leads on update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 3 months). BraceletBook's advantage is review sentiment (70% vs 53%) and iOS requirement (11.0 vs 16.0). On price, ratings volume, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. BraceletBook sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Crochet Patterns－Row Counter sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $1.49 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Crochet Patterns－Row Counter holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.1. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 412 and 1.2K respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 70% of BraceletBook's written reviews are positive against 53% of Crochet Patterns－Row Counter's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

BraceletBook ships an update every 3 months, Crochet Patterns－Row Counter every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and November 3, 2026 respectively.
