# Boston Baseball vs Trade Rumors

The clearest difference is rating: Trade Rumors at 4.8 against Boston Baseball's 4.3. Trade Rumors also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 1) and ratings volume (9.3K vs 212). Boston Baseball's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and iOS requirement (9.3 vs 18.0). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Boston Baseball sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Trade Rumors asks for nothing beyond the download.

Trade Rumors holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Trade Rumors has 9.3K ratings behind it against 212, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 81% of Boston Baseball's written reviews are positive against 77% of Trade Rumors's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Boston Baseball ships an update every 4 months, Trade Rumors every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 23, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
