# Gigwalk vs UserTesting

The clearest difference is rating: Gigwalk at 4.5 against UserTesting's 2.9. Gigwalk also leads on iOS requirement (9.0 vs 17.0). UserTesting's advantage is review sentiment (27% vs 19%). On price, ratings volume, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Gigwalk holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 2.9. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 5.4K and 2.7K respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 19% of Gigwalk's written reviews are positive against 27% of UserTesting's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Gigwalk ships an update monthly, UserTesting fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and October 17, 2026 respectively.
