# Cable Parks vs Skydive LogBook

The clearest difference is price: Skydive LogBook at Free against Cable Parks's $1.99. Skydive LogBook also leads on update cadence (every 10 days vs every 2 months) and ratings volume (10 vs 1). Cable Parks's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.4) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 17.0). On review sentiment, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Skydive LogBook is free to download; Cable Parks costs $1.99 up front. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Cable Parks holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Skydive LogBook has 10 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 81% of Cable Parks's written reviews are positive against 83% of Skydive LogBook's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Cable Parks ships an update every 2 months, Skydive LogBook every 10 days. The most recent releases landed on October 12, 2026 and September 28, 2026 respectively.
