# Omaha Steaks vs JTV Go

Omaha Steaks and JTV Go both sit at 4.7 stars, but that hides the real split: 89% of JTV Go's written reviews are positive against 53% of Omaha Steaks's. JTV Go also leads on ratings volume (31K vs 3.1K). Omaha Steaks's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). On price, rating, update cadence and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

JTV Go holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: JTV Go has 31K ratings behind it against 3.1K, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 53% of Omaha Steaks's written reviews are positive against 89% of JTV Go's.

Omaha Steaks ships an update every 6 weeks, JTV Go every 4 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 26, 2026 and October 27, 2026 respectively.
