# Omaha Steaks vs Mammoth Nation

The clearest difference is ratings volume: Omaha Steaks at 3.1K against Mammoth Nation's 16. Mammoth Nation's advantage is review sentiment (75% vs 53%) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.1). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Omaha Steaks holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Omaha Steaks has 3.1K ratings behind it against 16, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 53% of Omaha Steaks's written reviews are positive against 75% of Mammoth Nation's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Omaha Steaks ships an update every 6 weeks, Mammoth Nation every 5 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 27, 2026 and October 21, 2026 respectively.
