# Modizer vs Accelerando

The clearest difference is update cadence: Accelerando at every 4 days against Modizer's monthly. Accelerando also leads on monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). Modizer's advantage is rating (4.4 vs 4.0) and ratings volume (90 vs 3). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Modizer sells 3 one-off in-app purchases and Accelerando sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Modizer holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Modizer has 90 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Modizer ships an update monthly, Accelerando every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 8, 2026 and October 2, 2026 respectively.
