# 优酷视频HD vs 央视频

The clearest difference is ratings volume: 优酷视频HD at 31K against 央视频's 4.5K. 央视频's advantage is device support (3 vs 1). On price, rating, review sentiment and update cadence there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. 优酷视频HD sells 22 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month and 央视频 sells 19 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.7 for 优酷视频HD against 4.8 for 央视频. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: 优酷视频HD has 31K ratings behind it against 4.5K, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 58% of 优酷视频HD's written reviews are positive against 52% of 央视频's.

优酷视频HD ships an update fortnightly, 央视频 every 9 days. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and October 29, 2026 respectively.
