The clearest difference is in-app purchases: 百搜视频HD at none against 优酷视频HD's 24. HD also leads on review sentiment (85% vs 58%) and iOS requirement (11.0 vs 13.0). HD's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (fortnightly vs every 2 months). On price, rating, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. 优酷视频HD sells 22 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. HD asks for nothing beyond the download.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.7 for 优酷视频HD against 4.6 for 百搜视频HD. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: 优酷视频HD has 31K ratings behind it against 541, so its average is the more settled of the two.
