# 优酷视频HD vs 403

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: 403 at none against 优酷视频HD's 24. 403 also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.7). 优酷视频HD's advantage is ratings volume (31K vs 1) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 17.0). On price there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. 优酷视频HD sells 22 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. 403 asks for nothing beyond the download.

403 holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: 优酷视频HD has 31K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
