# Canada Post vs NFP Events

The clearest difference is ads: NFP Events at none against Canada Post's shown. NFP Events also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.6) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). Canada Post's advantage is update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 12 months) and ratings volume (5K vs 1). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

NFP Events holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Canada Post has 5K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Canada Post ships an update every 3 weeks, NFP Events every 12 months. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 21, 2026 respectively.
