# Canada Post vs Alarm Guard

The clearest difference is rating: Alarm Guard at 5.0 against Canada Post's 4.6. Alarm Guard also leads on monetization model (ad-supported vs free with in-app purchases) and iOS requirement (10.2 vs 16.0). Canada Post's advantage is ratings volume (5K vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Alarm Guard holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Canada Post has 5K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
