# WWKI vs NOW 100.5

The clearest difference is rating: NOW 100.5 at 4.6 against WWKI's 3.0. NOW 100.5 also leads on ratings volume (17 vs 2). WWKI's advantage is review sentiment (80% vs 50%). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

NOW 100.5 holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: NOW 100.5 has 17 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 80% of WWKI's written reviews are positive against 50% of NOW 100.5's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 4 months. The most recent releases landed on October 23, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
