# RE.minder vs BuzzReminder

The clearest difference is ads: BuzzReminder at none against RE.minder's shown. BuzzReminder also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.7) and iOS requirement (15.1 vs 26.0). RE.minder's advantage is update cadence (every 10 days vs every 2 months) and ratings volume (782 vs 1). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. RE.minder sells 11 one-off in-app purchases and BuzzReminder sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per year. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

BuzzReminder holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: RE.minder has 782 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
