# truTV vs The Eagle 93.7

The clearest difference is review sentiment: The Eagle 93.7 at 100% against truTV's 15%. The Eagle 93.7 also leads on ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). truTV's advantage is ratings volume (14K vs 3) and rating (4.5 vs 4.3). On price and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

truTV holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: truTV has 14K ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 15% of truTV's written reviews are positive against 100% of The Eagle 93.7's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

truTV ships an update every 3 months, The Eagle 93.7 every 5 months. The most recent releases landed on October 13, 2026 and September 15, 2026 respectively.
