# News Point vs Narendra Modi

The clearest difference is ads: Narendra Modi at none against News Point's shown. Narendra Modi also leads on update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 4 months) and rating (4.2 vs 3.9). On price, review sentiment, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Narendra Modi holds the better App Store score, 4.2 against 3.9. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Narendra Modi has 315 ratings behind it against 7, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 67% of News Point's written reviews are positive against 65% of Narendra Modi's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

News Point ships an update every 4 months, Narendra Modi every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 12, 2026 and October 22, 2026 respectively.
