# Chronodrive vs Monoprix.fr Courses

The clearest difference is monetization model: Chronodrive at free against Monoprix.fr Courses's free with in-app purchases. Chronodrive also leads on ratings volume (6.9K vs 56) and review sentiment (89% vs 70%). Monoprix.fr Courses's advantage is update cadence (weekly vs fortnightly). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Monoprix.fr Courses holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Chronodrive has 6.9K ratings behind it against 56, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 89% of Chronodrive's written reviews are positive against 70% of Monoprix.fr Courses's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Chronodrive ships an update fortnightly, Monoprix.fr Courses weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
