# DaySmart Salon Software vs Glamiris

The clearest difference is rating: DaySmart Salon Software at 4.9 against Glamiris's 4.2. DaySmart Salon Software also leads on ratings volume (5.4K vs 5). Glamiris's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 59%). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. DaySmart Salon Software sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $29.99 per month and Glamiris sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $29.00 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

DaySmart Salon Software holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: DaySmart Salon Software has 5.4K ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 59% of DaySmart Salon Software's written reviews are positive against 100% of Glamiris's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

DaySmart Salon Software ships an update every 3 weeks, Glamiris monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 17, 2026 and October 19, 2026 respectively.
