# Flightview vs Livro

The clearest difference is rating: Livro at 5.0 against Flightview's 3.7. Livro also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 2) and ads (none vs shown). Flightview's advantage is ratings volume (6.4K vs 1) and chart position (#71 vs unranked). On price, update cadence, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Flightview sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Livro asks for nothing beyond the download.

Livro holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Flightview has 6.4K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 14, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
