# Heathrow Express vs The BoTree

The clearest difference is ratings volume: Heathrow Express at 6.8K against The BoTree's 2. Heathrow Express also leads on rating (4.8 vs 4.5) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 2 months). The BoTree's advantage is iOS requirement (13.0 vs 17.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Heathrow Express holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Heathrow Express has 6.8K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Heathrow Express ships an update every 3 weeks, The BoTree every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
