# myBuick vs SeattleMX

The clearest difference is monetization model: SeattleMX at free against myBuick's free with in-app purchases. SeattleMX also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.8). myBuick's advantage is ratings volume (117K vs 1) and update cadence (fortnightly vs monthly). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

SeattleMX holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: myBuick has 117K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

myBuick ships an update fortnightly, SeattleMX monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 19, 2026 and October 16, 2026 respectively.
