# Bimmerpost vs Votrite

The clearest difference is update cadence: Bimmerpost at every 5 days against Votrite's every 14 months. Bimmerpost also leads on ratings volume (7K vs 1). Votrite's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.8) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Votrite holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Bimmerpost has 7K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Bimmerpost ships an update every 5 days, Votrite every 14 months. The most recent releases landed on October 14, 2026 and July 10, 2026 respectively.
