# Bimmerpost vs Evonit

The clearest difference is update cadence: Bimmerpost at every 5 days against Evonit's every 5 months. Bimmerpost also leads on ratings volume (7K vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.6 vs 17.0). Evonit's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.8). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Evonit holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Bimmerpost has 7K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Bimmerpost ships an update every 5 days, Evonit every 5 months. The most recent releases landed on October 20, 2026 and October 15, 2026 respectively.
