# Bimmerpost vs BBOTHEAPP

The clearest difference is rating: Bimmerpost at 4.8 against BBOTHEAPP's 3.0. Bimmerpost also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 9) and ratings volume (7K vs 4). On price, review sentiment, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. BBOTHEAPP sells 9 one-off in-app purchases. Bimmerpost asks for nothing beyond the download.

Bimmerpost holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Bimmerpost has 7K ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 66% of Bimmerpost's written reviews are positive against 71% of BBOTHEAPP's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Bimmerpost ships an update every 5 days, BBOTHEAPP fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 12, 2026 and October 3, 2026 respectively.
