# Bimmerpost vs Reef2Reef

Bimmerpost and Reef2Reef both sit at 4.8 stars, but that hides the real split: 94% of Reef2Reef's written reviews are positive against 66% of Bimmerpost's. Bimmerpost's advantage is ratings volume (7K vs 43) and update cadence (every 5 days vs fortnightly). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.8 for Bimmerpost against 4.7 for Reef2Reef. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Bimmerpost has 7K ratings behind it against 43, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 66% of Bimmerpost's written reviews are positive against 94% of Reef2Reef's.

Bimmerpost ships an update every 5 days, Reef2Reef fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 12, 2026 and October 4, 2026 respectively.
