# eSvD vs 8 SIDOR

The clearest difference is rating: eSvD at 4.7 against 8 SIDOR's 4.0. eSvD also leads on update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 3 months) and ratings volume (115 vs 3). 8 SIDOR's advantage is review sentiment (50% vs 13%) and in-app purchases (none vs 1). On price, ads, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. eSvD sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. 8 SIDOR asks for nothing beyond the download.

eSvD holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: eSvD has 115 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 13% of eSvD's written reviews are positive against 50% of 8 SIDOR's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

eSvD ships an update every 3 weeks, 8 SIDOR every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on October 8, 2026 and October 6, 2026 respectively.
