# Austrian vs Interalpen

The clearest difference is ratings volume: Austrian at 5.1K against Interalpen's 1. Austrian also leads on update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 6 weeks). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for Austrian against 5.0 for Interalpen. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Austrian has 5.1K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Austrian ships an update every 2 weeks, Interalpen every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 10, 2026 respectively.
